Wood-Fired Margherita Pizza

Classic Neapolitan pizza with the perfect char and fresh ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • San Marzano tomatoes
  • Fresh mozzarella
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1Mix flour, water, yeast, and salt to form dough.
  2. 2Knead for 10 minutes until smooth.
  3. 3Let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
  4. 4Stretch dough into a 12-inch round.
  5. 5Top with crushed tomatoes and torn mozzarella.
  6. 6Bake at highest heat for 8-10 minutes.
  7. 7Add fresh basil and drizzle with olive oil.
