Wood-Fired Margherita Pizza

Ingredients
- • 3 cups flour
- • 1 cup warm water
- • 1 tsp active dry yeast
- • 1 tsp salt
- • San Marzano tomatoes
- • Fresh mozzarella
- • Fresh basil leaves
- • Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- 1Mix flour, water, yeast, and salt to form dough.
- 2Knead for 10 minutes until smooth.
- 3Let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
- 4Stretch dough into a 12-inch round.
- 5Top with crushed tomatoes and torn mozzarella.
- 6Bake at highest heat for 8-10 minutes.
