Fresh Mango Lassi

A refreshing yogurt drink perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. 1Blend mangoes until smooth.
  2. 2Add yogurt, milk, honey, and cardamom.
  3. 3Blend until creamy and frothy.
  4. 4Add ice cubes and blend briefly.
  5. 5Pour into glasses and garnish with mango slices.
  6. 6Serve immediately while cold.
