Ingredients
- • 6 egg yolks
- • 3/4 cup sugar
- • 1 cup mascarpone
- • 2 cups heavy cream
- • 2 cups espresso, cooled
- • 24 ladyfinger cookies
- • Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- 1Whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale and thick.
- 2Fold in mascarpone until smooth.
- 3Whip cream to stiff peaks and fold into mascarpone mixture.
- 4Dip ladyfingers briefly in espresso.
- 5Layer ladyfingers and cream mixture in a dish.
- 6Repeat layers and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- 7Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
