Authentic Butter Chicken

Ingredients
- • 1 lb chicken thighs, cubed
- • 1 cup tomato puree
- • 1/2 cup heavy cream
- • 3 tbsp butter
- • 2 tbsp garam masala
- • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- • 1 tsp turmeric
- • 1 tsp chili powder
- • Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- 1Marinate chicken with spices for 30 minutes.
- 2Sear chicken in butter until golden.
- 3Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
- 4Pour in tomato puree and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 5Stir in cream and remaining butter.
- 6Simmer until sauce is thick and creamy.
- 7Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice.
